Port Shepstone District darters score well at awards banquet
The awards recognised the achievements of the top clubs in the region.
DARTS players, more used to wearing T-shirts to throw darts, did the whole tie bit and their wives or partners added the bling at the 40th Port Shepstone District Darts Awards (PSDDA) banquet at the Port Shepstone Civic Centre last Saturday.

In what was clearly the highlight of the local darts calendar, families and friends of the local darts fraternity turned out in their droves to celebrate a special evening with their husbands, brothers and fathers. Players, sponsors and guests were treated to great entertainment and good food.
It was a great way to round off the year. The awards recognised the achievements of the top clubs in the region, which have performed in major leagues. The number of awards handed out were a sterling reminder to all of how important the sport is to the local community and the value which it places on recognising its high achievers.
