Sharon Turnbull-Jackson and Della Kempthorne won last Saturday’s competition at Southbroom Golf Club on 39 points.
Runners-up were Solange Fox and Di Morris on 38 points, with Irene Schanda and Augie D’Ewes in third place on 36 points.
Fox brothers John and Dave won the men’s section on 45 points, counting out Malcolm Greenland and John Whitnall.

In a tie for third on 44 points were Art Germs and George Haswell, Olliver Ransome and Mike Jacquet, as well as Malcolm Moorley and Cleve Walker.
Chicken Run winner last Friday was Bob Clark on 21 points, followed by Derek James on 20 points.
Russell Mackenzie was next on 19 points, followed by Mike Jacquet and Tim Hayter on 17 points.
The previous Wednesday’s alliance was won by Derek James, Cyprian Xolo, Basil Chetty and Joe Hartmann on 90 points, counting out John Fox, Dave Fox, Jim Cook and Bob Clark.
The women’s 9 hole alliance saw Allyson Thomas, Janet Humphrey, Solange Fox and Rene Matthew win the first nine on 44 points.
Back nine was won by Di Morris, Augie D’Ewes and Gjertrud Kok on 34 points.
