Southern KZN rugby rounds off stellar year
It has been a good year all-round the local sub-union.
It has been an extremely successful year for the Southern KwaZulu-Natal Rugby Sub-Union.
The sub-union won the inter sub-union Ebbo Bastard trophy for the third time in the past six years, having beaten all the other sub-unions.
The Sharks Academy Southern KZN also had a very good year, enrolling 13 students in its first year.

One of the highlights was seeing Sbu Mkhize making the Sharks U21 squad.
The South Coast Warriors won the Usher Cup for the third year in a row.
A prize-giving took place at Douglas Mitchell Sports Club to honour those who performed with aplomb this year.
