CrossFit Wild Coast in Manaba will host its annual Summer Slam Throwdown on Saturday, January 27 starting from 8am.
Some 40 teams from all over the province are expected to compete.

Teams are same gender, so there will be men’s and women’s pairs.
“It’s our biggest competition yet, so we’re pretty excited,” said coach and owner Mitchell Anderson.
