All power to Piet Ludick as he almost cracks 50 individual points
There's been no shortage of golf at Margate.
IT’S not often a golfer scores 50 points on his own, but Piet Ludick almost did it at Margate Country Club last Saturday.
He carded a sensational 49 points to win by nine from Graeme Massam. In third was Richard Plaskitt on 39 points.
Piet was playing off a 25 (okay, we all know he has been much lower than that) and saw a welcome return to form with an 80 gross.
Nearest the pins were Mike Lee (7th) and Richard Whittington (16th).
