Great show by ‘B’ team at AMBC
We wish all of our teams playing in the KBA mixed pairs competition this weekend the best of luck.
CONGRATULATIONS to our B team who won the C division Kingfisher Bowling Association Saturday league with a very good performance in beating Riverside and taking four points from the game.
Unfortunately the A team, although they took two points off the powerful PSCC team, could not avoid relegation.
The mixed trips competition, sponsored by Hibiscus Brokers, was won by Brian Knight and Mike and Maureen Lancaster on 4+15.
Runners-up on 4+11 were Keith Harris, Henry Hampson and Elma Pennells on 4+11. Second session winners on 2+9 were Richard van Waltsleven, Hester Hankey and Brian Bodill.
The winners of the women’s trips, with the prize sponsored by Enzos, were Linda Johns, Gay Jutte and Avril Smith (Umkomaas) on 4+17.

Runners-up, taking the Mpithi Kiosk prize, were Beryl Whitehouse, Maureen Lancaster and Saowanee Whitehouse (Scottburgh) on a count-out 4+11.
Winners of Atlanta Spur-sponsored second session on 2+11 were Lyn Seymour, Maz Larking and Barbara Fontain (Scottburgh).
The men’s and women’s novice competitions are under way and we wish all participants good bowling.
