The SuperSpar Port Edward 2-bowl mixed trips was won by Joe Ashworth, John Keppler and Leoni Booth.

Runners-up were Rod and Mary Phelps with Peter Bennett.

HIBBERDENE

The Hibberdene Pharmacy mixed trips was won by Arthur and Miriam Seager with Paul Grutter.

Runners-up were Roger Burwood, Fran Raymond and Martin Rautenbach.

Session to Albert and Alida Munnik with Alex Bukes.

MARGATE BC

Trevor Haywood, Roy Deakin and Ron Vink won the Green Chilli competition.

Friday’s 2-4-2 was won by Gerry Davey, with Alan and Ann Gibson.

Runners-up were Deon van Schalkwyk, with Hans and Dina van der Walt.

MUNSTER

Mariners Restaurant open trips winners were Cliff Moakes, Phil Longden and Denise de Witt.

Spar mixed trips this Thursday (31st), no tabs-in afternoon.

Cansa visit on Saturday, June 9 at 11am to test any moles etc. Donation will be required.

MARGATE CC

The Hair Shoppe women’s fours was held one week later this time because of the Margate Week.

Winners were Kobie Stander, Eileen Lloyd, Anjie Gold and Winnie Hess.

Runners-up were Hazel Delaney, Myra Doubell, Lynne Nathan and Pat Brand.

Winners of the Shelly Beach SuperSpar open trips were Brian Douthwaite, Olwen Gibbs and Bill Eccles.

Runners-up were Graham Gold, Anjie Gold and Cindy Cano.

NOMADS

The Nomads annual general meeting will take place at the Village this Sunday, May 20 at 9am.

The AGM and bring and braai will still take place, even if it rains. All welcome.

PORT EDWARD

Cowshed/Golden Moon Spur 2-bowl trips winners were Leigh Warner, Dave Hume and Leone Booth, from John Keppler, Andreas van der Linde and Mary Warner.

Second session to Joe Ashworth, Frank Foley and Lyn Walton.

The Kinsey Trophy will take place next Tuesday (22nd) at Port Edward.

SOUTHPORT

Winners of the South Coast Herald Mixed 2-4-2 were to Peet and Susan van Rooyen. Runners-up were Una and Jan van Eerden.

Winners of the Harbour View SuperSpar women’s trips were Tammy Gibbons, Daphne Hounsell and Pat Maggs.

Runners-up were Kitty Cochman, Annetjie McLeod and Ellen Gould.

Winners of Sunday’s Dr D’arcy mixed trips were Richard and Kitty Cochman and Glenda Verster. Runners up were Bob Moroney, Napier Verster and Lyn Harris.

Jaxx/1st Choice Home Cleaning sponsored open trips was won by Bez Bezuidenhout, Bruce Hoyer and Cheryl Knight.

Second were Brian Porteous, Maureen Vorster and Stippie Schultz.

Harbour View SuperSpar sponsored mixed fours was won by Louw Vermeulen, Peet and Susan van Rooyen with Charmaine Vermeulen.

Runners-up were Peter Clark, Claude Ching, Gail Newby and Gerda Clark.

VILLAGE

Winners of Hibiscus Retirement Villages men’s trips were Trevor Anderson, Geoff Oliver and Winston van Greune.

Runners-up were Mike Prinsloo, Bill Eccles and Hans van der Walt.

Winners of the Hibiscus Insurance Brokers mixed trips were John Sutton, Betty Bolton and Ali Mitchell.

Runners-up were Denzil Massyn, Gary Hess and Dawn Oehley.
