Memorial volleyball cup tourney up this Saturday

The public tournament is open to all.

The inaugural Nanda Moodley Memorial Volleyball Cup in honour the late businessman and philanthropist, Nanda Moodley will be held this Saturday, May 26 at the Marburg Volleyball Complex.

The public tournament is open to all local players, social teams, novice volleyball enthusiasts, business houses, religious, cultural and educational organisations. Entry Fee is R200 per team and team registrations is from 1pm to 1.30pm.

The two main sections will be the premier and social divisions.

With plenty of prizes to be won, tournament host, Malanie Moodley (widow of late Nanda), in partnership with the Port Shepstone Volleyball Association, wants to make this day/night tournament a fun event for the whole family and all volleyball enthusiasts.

Registered teams are welcome to set up their braais and gazebos at the Marburg Volleyball Complex grass areas as the venue will be open from 10am to set up such structures. For further information contact Jason Govender at 084 2508875.
