NOT much keeps the stwalarts away at Umtentweni Tennis Club on a Saturday.
Despite the gale force wind last week, five courts were utilised and visitors, Neil Perry and Keith (surname not known) from Bloemfontein joined in.
Anne Payn brought along sandwiches as well as a jam tart and a lemon tart which were quickly wolfed down to combat the cold wind.

One of the club’s honorary life members, Doug Kjonstad, celebrated his 90th birthday on June 4.
Belated birthday greetings go to Dave Whateley who celebrated his birthday on 1 June.
Members are requested to check the notice board for the new fee structure and please let Isabeau le Roux have any outstanding amounts.
