Medal time for Saiki dojo karateka

Saiki Dojo is proving to be a force to be reckoned with.

Karateka from the Saiki dojo in Ramsgate produced some excellent results at the South African JKA Nationals held in Johannesburg recently.

Sensei Monya Palmer achieved her 3rd Dan (Sandan).

Janelle Catchpole (6) earned bronze for kata and silver for kumite.

Jayden Forster got bronze for kumite.

Jacob Catchpole (Janelle’s father) secured bronze for kata and kumite.

These students have been selected as part of the SA JKA team.

Micaela Palmer won gold for kata and silver for kumite and was selected as part of the SA JKA team to represent the country in the Africa Cup in September this year.
