Blue Ocean swimmers rewarded for efforts
The young swimmers have been recognised for their sterling work and results during the season.
BLUE Ocean Aquatics Swim Club has had a very good 2017/18 season.
The swimmers took part in 18 galas during the year and brought home 35 gold medals, 38 silver medals and 35 bronze medals.

Nelzaan Strydom and Jethro Rolfe both won the age group winner awards for the best in their age group swimmer.
BOA placed fourth in the province at the Level 2 provincial championships, which made winning awards even more difficult.

Top club night time improvements: 1 George Annandale 129.46 seconds; 2 Amber Vorster 124.07 seconds; 3 Tharien Venter 96.47 seconds.
Top KZN gala time improvements: 1 Amber Vorster 356.05 seconds; 2 Marnu Koekemoer 254.12 seconds; 3 Ricardo Carthew 188.20 seconds.
