All will be revealed at this year’s South Coast Strongman competition to be held at the annual Lions’ Show at the Port Shepstone Country Club this Saturday, June 30 from 8am to 11am.
Entrance fee for contestants is R150.
Contestants will have to compete in events such as deadlifts, tyre flips, farmers’ walk, yoke walk, log lifts and car pull.
