THE monthly ladies trips competition played on the August 29 was won by Joy Hansson, Annatjie Kidd and Jean Thomassen on a count out with a score of 4+15.
Second session winners on 2+11 were Jenny Wadely, Irene Hutton and Claire Helfrich.

The unlucky runners-up were Viv Hollander, Pat Navias and Liz Payne.

The heavens opened up on Thursday resulting in the men’s trips competition being cancelled.
Congratulations to the AMBC team of John Chamier, Kevin O’Donoghue, Tony Hoggins and Mike Mordaunt who ended fourth in the prestigious Blue Coats Tournament recently held at Scottburgh.
Best wishes and good bowling to Liesje de Rosner and Len Brickhill who will be competing in the KBA Masters tournament this weekend.
