Ernest Janion was awarded Sezela Bowling Club‘s floating trophy and a monetary prize for the ‘Most Improved Player’ for February.

In other news, the men trip’s winning team was decided on a count out.
The shots for divided by shots against gave runners-up Chris Geyer, Chris Wehr and Lucas Lindique 1.58 points just a fraction behind the 1.67 which winners Corrie van Aswegen, Steve Fourie and Peter Woolcock achieved, a point zero nine difference.
The second session was also decided on a count out, with Dave Geils, Dave Lyon and Phil Carter taking the spoils.
AMBC visitors, Liesje de Rosner, Helen Turk and Jean Thomassen won the women’s section.
Runners-up were Gay Symons, Mon Gibson and Lindy Suter.
Session went to Avril Black, Loretta Holness and Claire Helfrich.

Thanks to our caterers who do such a good job that one thinks bowlers enter our competitions mainly for the tea time snacks.
Bar sales were down due to the absence of Steve and Sue Padgett and Mike and Sally Duffy who enjoyed a week in the berg.
Sezela hosted the monthly Nomad’s competition last Sunday when the President of Nomads Upper South Coast, Alister Shaw, was pleasantly surprised by the entry of 44 bowlers who thoroughly enjoyed their bowls.
The usual camaraderie sizzled at Sezela where the catering staff excelled in providing very tasty bacon and egg burgers.
