New nature trail opens this Saturday
It's promises to be a fun day and everyone is urged to join in.
Walkers are encouraged to take time out to savour the experience and natural beauty of the Hope Park nature trail in Marburg.
Go along and enjoy a fantastic day with family and friends at the launch of the scenic 3km nature trail on Dairy Road, Marburg, this Saturday (7th) from 09:30 to 17:00.
There’s something for everyone, from live music performances to exciting activities and delicious food.
There will be a fitness demonstration, which includes taebo from 09:30, yoga and more. On the food side, savour a wide variety of tasty treats and refreshments from the various vendors. Children will be spoilt for choice with engaging games and activities. Remember, you can tackle the walk in fancy dress and stand a chance to win a prize.
Also, relax in the tea garden in the lovely park after the walk.
On the entertainment side, watch South African born singer, songwriter and guitarist Jesse Pillay play an eclectic mix of hit songs from the ’70s to today, from artists such as Lionel Richie, Sting and Carlos Santana.
