South Coast Marathon – where they will run

The start and finish will be at Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre.

The annual South Coast Marathon takes place this Sunday, starting and finishing at Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre.
Motorists, and those wanting to watch, are advised that the routes are as follows:

5km route:
Ugu stadium right onto P200, right at traffic lights down Knoxgore to 2.5km turn around point. Back to traffic lights. Left onto P200 left into stadium road. Around the field.

10km route:
Ugu stadium right onto P200, right at traffic light down Knoxgore to 5km turn around point. Could be past St Mike’s Marine Drive traffic light. Return on same route back to P200 traffic lights. Left onto P200, left into stadium road. Around the field to finish.

21km:
Ugu stadium left onto P200, turn left down Seaslopes down to Marine Drive traffic lights, right onto Marine Drive, turning right up Collis Street, shorter loop turning back down Collis Street, crossing Marine Drive, into Collis Street down and turn left onto Lilliecrona Boulevard. Left up Selvey Road. Right onto Marine Drive. Right into Foster Street, left into Colin Street, right down Uvongo Beach Road, left along beach front, left up Stafford Street, right into Colin Street, right into Orange Rocks road, cross Marine Drive at traffic lights, up Knoxgore Road to traffic lights, left on the P200, left into stadium entrance. Around the field.

42.2km:
Repeat the 21km route with second loop turning left off Collis onto Queen street, u-turn back to Collis Street and turn left, continue on 21km route to finish, only turning into the stadium after the second lap. Around the field.
