Nothing new for fly anglers' committee
Anyone is welcome to join their regular meetings.
The South Coast Fly Anglers’ Club committee remains unaltered for the sixth year.
At the club’s recent annual general meeting, members again chose the easy route and voted that an unaltered committee retain their portfolios for the sixth year in succession.
The committee is John New (chairperson,) Stephen Brand (treasurer,) Dick Plaistowe (secretary), Pieter van der Merwe (liaison,) Arthur Cary (scribe) and Neil Scott (member).
Club members fish a salt water and a freshwater venue every month, as well as attending a fly-tying workshop and a general meeting.
Anyone who is interested in any aspect of flyfishing is welcome to come to the meeting, held at Umtentweni Tennis Club on the last Thursday of the month at 18:00.
