A time of reflection

During this Holy Week let us find time for reflection and remember why we are having a few days off from work.

ON Easter Sunday Christians all over the world will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, after His death on the cross on Good Friday.

The Tamil New Year was celebrated last weekend by the Hindu community.

Celebrations were held at many temples after weeks of abstinence and the observance of prayers.

Over the years these important religious feast days have become very commercialised, during this Holy Week let us find time for reflection and remember why we are having a few days off from work.
