Hospice brunch was well supported
Many guests walked away with lovely prizes.
THERE was a good turnout at this year’s South Coast Hospice St Valentine’s Day brunch held at the Uvongo Town Hall last Saturday.
People came in their numbers to support the annual fundraiser. For just R100 guests enjoyed a delicious meal and good entertainment.
“It was a very successful event,” said Di van Dyk, CEO of South Coast Hospice. “We also had a lot of entertainment from hospice dancers and singers.”
Guests were entertained by Winston (Smiles) Coetzee’s lovely singing and hospice’s Phyllip Mavundla’s dancing.
Funds raised will contribute to the re-opening hospice’s in patient unit, Kingfisher House.
Many of the guests walked away with lovely prizes from the lucky draws.
