Guests were taught how to pair the perfect dish with the perfect wine.
AN evening of food and wine pairing left diners delighted at the Umthunzi Hotel and Conference in Umtentweni last Friday. By adding divine food, wonderful music, meticulous attention to detail, perfect weather and a fabulous party atmosphere, the organisers came up with a winning recipe.
Singer and human rights activist Natalie Chapman, who contributed her talents to the success of this event set just the right tone. Guests were bowled over by Umthunzi Hotel and Conference’s wide array of food. The delicious buffet dinner was nothing short of a work of art and it tasted as good as it looked.
