Road carnage has to stop

ERRANT drivers are turning South Coast roads into battlefields.

Hardly a day goes by without reports of horror crashes where people are either killed or seriously injured.

Family and friends of road crash victims are left traumatised and have to cope with bereavement and/or exhorbitant medical expenses.

Reckless road hogs who terrorise other motorists and pedestrians simply have no consideration for other road users.

A spate of fatal crashes cost the lives of six people over the past week.

This is unacceptable.

Surely it is time for better traffic policing.

And for this madness on the roads to come to an end.
