Mzimayi River Lodge and Conference Centre has become a popular choice for locals and visitors alike: a place where you can still experience good old-fashioned hospitality.

Owners Eugene and Rene van Rensburg say they pride themselves on offering personal service. “Guests return time and again to order our famous, tender and succulent flame-grilled steaks,” says Eugene.

This fully licensed restaurant offers an à la carte menu that caters for all tastes and the weekly specials are exceptional value for money.

The Sunday plated carvery is very popular at R75 and it’s advisable to book to avoid disappointment.

The restaurant is open from 8am to 8pm, Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm.

The kitchen is run entirely on gas so it’s business as usual during load-shedding.

It is the perfect venue for any function or conference and can seat up to 60 delegates. Packages can be tailor-made to suit your needs.
