30° South Restaurant at Umthunzi Hotel and Conference in Umtentweni is the perfect place to enjoy a sumptuous meal with family and friends.
This restaurant caters for all tastes and has some wonderful vegetarian dishes available.
Take Sunday off. Don’t slave over a hot stove. Go and enjoy the wonderful Sunday carvery available from 12 to 2.30pm.
Each Sunday the menu is a little different, but you can choose from a range of starters, two roasts with all the trimmings followed by mouth-watering desserts, and if you can fit it, some cheese and biscuits to round off your meal.
“Sunday lunch was always a family event in my family and I wanted to continue this homely tradition here at Umthunzi,” said manager Ryan Ringo. “We want our patrons to feel at home.”
Every table booked for four or more people receives a complimentary bottle of wine or soft drinks.
It is also the ideal venue for weddings or functions and the menu can be adapted to suit individual requirements.
The restaurant is open seven days a week. Breakfast is available daily from 7am to 9.30am; lunch from 11am to 5pm and dinner from 6pm to 9pm .
