THE Waffle House in Ramsgate is renowned for its delicious Belgian-style waffles.
But these are not ordinary waffles. This restaurant has taken the age-old medieval waffle and turned it into a fantastic dining experience.
The delicious waffles are freshly made and one can choose from a wonderful selection of sweet or savoury toppings. There is also a gluten free option.
For the health conscious there is the breakfast berry smoothie waffle with muesli, or if you’re wanting something more substantial, the savoury waffles include chicken curry, chicken a-la-king or, for a vegetarian dish, hummus and avo is a popular choice.
Or you can choose from the daily special which can include toppings such as creamy garlic mussels or avo and cream cheese.
Then of course, to satisfy your sweet tooth, the chocolate brownie waffle, so beautifully presented, is absolutely decadent and delicious. A must for chocoholics.
