Even a simple hamburger is turned into an elegant meal.
This restaurant has received a major facelift and is now light and airy, but still stylish and the meals are inviting and appealing to the diner.
The exclusive menu offers a little of everything and each description tempts you with deliciousness.
You could choose an appetiser such as the Norwegian smoked salmon or a potato and spring onion soup. Weight watchers can tuck into a delightful summer salad with crispy bacon strips and fruit, which sounds enticing.
Fish lovers can delight in a gourmet seafood platter for two or try the grilled Mozambican prawns.
Signature dishes include pork loin fillet and slow braised lamb shanks. There is a variety of curries served with condiments and pickles and the succulent grills and poultry will satisfy any appetite.
To end the meal, the Belgiun chocolate mousse or the kiwi pannacotta are superb, or you could just finish off with the Midlands cheese board.
Either way, it’s a diner’s paradise. A place where you can relax and enjoy a meal alongside the lagoon and immerse yourself in a natural environment.
