ESTABLISHED some 50 years ago, The Lobster Pot restaurant in Ramsgate has become a landmark on the South Coast.

Chef Sebastian first started at The Lobster Pot in 1979 as a little boy who stood on a stool washing dishes.
He later trained as a waiter and, through hard work and dedication, continued to become a sous chef.
Later he was appointed head chef and he has since brought his culinary mastery to numerous dishes on offer by this quaint restaurant.
