Ingredients:

1 and half cup all-purpose flour

3 and half teaspoons baking powder

one quarter of a teaspoon of salt

1 egg

1 and one quarter cup of milk

Preparation time: five minutes, cook 15 minutes and ready in 20 minutes.

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
