South Africa has 11 official languages … do you know what they are?

South Africa is a country rich in cultural diversity.

There are eleven official languages of South Africa.

They are:

-Southern Sotho

-Pedi/Northern Sotho

-Tswana

-Swati

-Ndebele

-Xhosa

-Zulu

-Afrikaans

-English

-Venda

-Tsonga

Fewer than two percent of South Africans speak a first language other than an official one. Most South Africans can speak more than one language.
