1. Bad sleeping patterns
Poor sleep can affect two hormones linked to your appetite. Try and get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night. This will help get your energy and hunger levels back on track.
2. Stress
During ‘fight or flight mode’, the body’s stress hormone cortisol increases. This urges you to eat more and more. Most of the time, people crave fatty and sugary foods because of this hormone.

3. Thyroid Issues
Hyperthyroidism – If your thyroid is overactive, it means you are suffering from hyperthyroidism.
