10 of the strangest world records ever set

Everyone is different and unique in their own special way. The following people are just that… unique for what they can do.

Be it body modification or shoving reptiles into one’s mouth. Whatever the case, having special or different skills, talents or hobbies than others could one day land you a place amongst the many other record holders.

Herewith 10 of the most strangest world records set according to List 25:

• Most Big Macs ever eaten – This goes to Donald Gorske from Wisconsin who ate his 28,788th in 2016. He started in November 2000 with approximately two burgers a day.

• Oldest prostitute – 87 year old Sheila Vogel-Coupe from the UK takes this title. She became a prostitute at 83 after her second husband died and on a normal day has about 10 clients.

• Most rattles snakes held in someones mouth – Why someone would do this is quite baffling but none the less, it was accomplished by Jackie Bibbiy who hold the record with 11 snakes.

• Longest kiss – This lasted 58 hours, 35 minutes, and 58 seconds and was done by a couple from who participated in the Ripley’s Believe It or Not event in 2013.

• Most attendants for a bride – A Sri Lankan couple hold the world record for the wedding with the most attendants for a bride being 126 bridesmaids, 25 groomsmen, 23 flower girls, and 20 page boys.

• Most naked riders on a theme park ride – This odd record was set in August, 2010 at Adventure Island in Southend-On-Sea, England. It was on the Green Scream roller coaster with a total of 102 riders.

• Smallest waist – 73 year old American woman, Cathie Jung, best known as “The Corset Queen” claims to wear a corset 24 hours a day. This gave her the smallest waist ever coming in at 15 inches around.

• Most body piercings – Brazilian woman, Elaine Davidson, had her first piercing in 1997, and by 2006 she was the world record holder for body piercings, at 4225.

• Most toilet seats broken by a head – This is actually a thing, and was set by Kevin Shelley in the United States in 2007 with 46 seats broken.

• Yoga on Ice & Fish up the Nose – Yoga trainer, GP Vijayakumar from Tamil Nadu, India, holds two of the most ‘interesting’ records. Firstly, he holds the record for doing yoga on a slab of ice for 120 minutes, and the next kind of strange thing is the record for most fish snorted up someone’s nose of which he accomplished eight!
