• Her debut album was released by J Records in 2001 called Songs in A Minor which had her first Billboard Hot 100 number one single – ‘Fallin’.
• Alicia sold over 12 million copies of her debut album and also earned her five Grammy Awards in 2002.
• In 2003, she released The Diary of Alicia Keys which several successful songs such as ‘If I Ain’t Got You’, ‘You Don’t Know My Name’ and ‘My boo’ which she did as a duet with Usher and became her second number one single.
