Who do you share a birthday with today?
• Sophie Turner (22)
Best known for her role as Sansa Stark in the HBO hit series, Game of Thrones, the English actress got her international recognition after her first appearance on the show in 2011.
Sophie has also starred in a few movies, namely The Thirteenth Tale (2013), Another Me (2013), Barely Lethal (2015) and was even in the X-Men movie franchise as the young Jean Grey / Phoenix.
Last year in October, Sophie got engaged to DNCE band member, Joe Jonas.
Born in Northampton, England, she moved to Chesterton, Warwickshire at the age of two.
What a lot of people don’t know, is that Sophie would have been a twin had her brother not died before birth. She also has two older brothers.
While on set for Game of Thrones, Sophie was tutored until the age of 16 and went on to achieving five GCSE A-grades and four Bs – one of which was for drama.
