Something new to try are the pizzas with a selection of appetising toppings.
With different and exciting specials every day of the week, the Highland Fryer Restaurant in Shelly Beach continues to be the talk of the town.
Delightful, yet unpretentious, the restaurant is known for generous portions and value for money, such as the one kilogram eisbein, which will satisfy any healthy appetite and the legendary fish and chips, popular with everyone.
Something new to try are the pizzas with a selection of appetising toppings.
“The braai plate griddle of a junior T-bone and boerewors served with pap and chakalaka is in demand, as is the squid head which comes fried or grilled and served with a baked potato and salad,” says co-owner Johan de Winnaar.
