
Ingredients
500g potatoes
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Quarter cup cake flour
Quarter cup diced carrots
Quarter cup peas
Quarter cup sweetcorn
Mung bean sprouts (optional)
Salt to taste
Dried breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes for coating
Method
Boil potatoes until soft and mash roughly.
Mix in dry ingredients to form a dough.
Add vegetables. Add grated cheese if desired, and salt to taste.
Form into balls and flatten into patties.
Coat with seasoned dried breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.
Fry on medium heat until crisp.
