Despite the hotter weather last week Saturday, Tweni Tennis Club had four courts going and the usual banter and chit-chat was the order of the day!
Visitors are reminded that they are most welcome to join members for social tennis on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons from about 14:00 onwards.
There is a new duty list up at the club, so please check to see when you are on duty and try to arrange a swop if you can’t make your day.
Birthdays this week are: Jean Marx on the 3rd; Rob Browne and Neil Perry on the 5th and Dave Whateley on the 6th. They are all wished a happy day and lots of enjoyable tennis in the New Year.
Season’s greetings go to the South Coast Herald team with grateful thanks for the coverage given during 2021.
Members also wish all South Coast tennis players a blessed Christmas and a smashing New Year.
