Open call for theatre geeks

The 2025 edition of the Inkundla Theatre Festival will be held at the Uvongo Town Hall on May 30 from 09:00.

The stage has been set for the 2025 edition of the Inkundla Theatre Festival, but performers are needed.

Organisers of the festival recently announced dates and venues for the festival’s auditions.

The first instalment of the audition was held at the Gamalakhe Library and the Gcilima Information Centre on Tuesday this week.

On Wednesday this week, they were held at the Lamonti Community Hall.

There will also be auditions at the Margate Art Museum this Saturday (17th), from 09:00 to 14:00.

Auditions will be held at the Msenti Hall in KwaNzimakwe on May 21, from 09:00 to 11:00 and at Mtateni MPCC in Izingolweni from 12:00 (noon) to 15:00.

Auditions will be held at KwaMaveshe Community Hall on May 22, from 09:00 to 12:00 (noon) and the Bethanie Library from 13:00 to 16:00.

Auditions will also be held at the KwaMadlala Sozabe on May 23 from 09:00 to 12:00 (noon) and at the Oshabeni MPCC from 13:00 to 16:00.

The last leg of the auditions will be held at the Margate Art Museum on May 24 from 09:00 to 14:00. Contact Sinegugu Pholoma on 082 2947482.
