Final call for dinner fund donations
This is the last chance for residents to contribute to Toti SPCA's Animal Christmas Dinner Fund.
Monday, 6 January will be the final date for donations and the total amount raised will be publicised in the following week’s edition of the Sun.
This week’s donation include R500 from Mercia Spain ‘in memory of my beloved Buddy’, R100 Fista van Strandburg ‘Geseende Kerfees aan al die diere liefhebbers’, R400 from anonymous ‘in loving memory of all our dear animals’, R300 from Jill van Niekerk – ‘Thanks for the lovely memories, Rocky, Jenna, Kit-Kat, Ziggy and Sid’, R500 from Cliff ‘in memory of Gotcha’ R1,000 from Jason and Sharon Lizamone, and R250 from Ed Bird.
You can help contribute to the fund. All contributions go towards food for the homeless and destitute animals housed by Toti SPCA over the festive season. People who wish to contribute can have a short message on behalf of a pet printed in the Sun. Send donations either to SPCA or c/o M Prinsloo, 601 Strandburg, PO Box 312, Amanzimtoti, 4125. Cheques must be made out to Toti SPCA.
Alternatively, make a direct deposit into Toti SPCA’s bank account. Details are: Standard Bank Prospecton, branch code: 057827, account number: 053211189. Put the reference as Christmas so the SPCA knows where to allocate the funds.
