Saddle up for Lions donkey derby fundraiser
The evening will be MC'd by renowned funny man, Rob Main-Baillie.
Pull on your cowboy boots, saddle up your pony and giddy up for the eThekwini South Lions’ Donkey Derby fundraiser at Umbogintwini Primary School on Saturday, 25 October.
The evening will be attended by between 100 and 120 guests. The dress code is casual and the cost is R50 per person, which includes a light meal. There is a cash bar available and remember to take along cash to bet.
“There are still some tickets available, although places are filling up fast, so book now,” said eThekwini South Lions PRO, Mandy Roux. “You can book a table of 10 as well if you are interested.”
The evening will be MC’d by renowned funny man, Rob Main-Baillie.
During the evening there will be six donkey races with six donkeys in each race. Guests will be able to bet on their favourite donkeys and if their donkey wins, they receive their share of the tote.
