Mini doll house to be raffled again

The doll house comes with all accessories, plus a conservatory.

Stand a chance to win a magnificent miniature doll house and raise funds for charity.

The Durban Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (DAME) is selling tickets to raffle off the fully furnished doll house to raise much-needed funds for Queensburgh Cheshire Homes.

“The doll house measures 65cm by 75cm in the front, with six rooms – a bedroom, bathroom, lounge, parlour, dining room and kitchen,” said DAME chairman, Lynette Schultz. Three other Toti enthusiasts – Jenny Hogno, Viv Jarrett and Annelise van der Elst – are also members of the association.

“The doll house comes with all accessories, plus a conservatory.”

It was donated to DAME two years ago and raffled off to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. “We raised R11,000 and the person who won it, donated it back to us when she moved,” said Lynette.

Tickets cost only R10 and can be bought at Seadoone Mall on Saturday, 18 October.

For more information, contact Lynette on 031-903-4981 or 083-336-2357.
