New office bearers elected for SKZNBA
The committee required a 2014 candidate for the role of media liaison officer, and Morgan Phillips was elected. Ronel Ramanna and Bradley Moyes stood unopposed for re-election as SKZN treasurer and chairman respectively.

THE Southern KwaZulu-Natal Bodyboarding Association (SKZNBA) governing committee and members met on the evening of Friday, 31 October to convene the annual general meeting.
Following the opening address by current chairman Bradley Moys, the proceedings opened with a review of pertinent South African Bodyboarding Association (SABA) legislature changes, followed by a discussion regarding the effect that recently announced increases in SABA affiliation fees would have on SKZN riders. Other items on the agenda were the commencement of judging courses for SKZN riders in the near future, the hosting of a SABA tour bodyboarding event in the Upper Hibiscus Coast area during the winter season, and the addition of a fifth SKZN team trial during team selection.
The process of nominating and voting in the 2014 working committee commenced with 2013 vice-chairman, Dane Klusener announcing that he intended to resign from his current role and offering the position to the floor for nomination. Rory Fellows-Smith was voted in as his replacement. The committee required a 2014 candidate for the role of media liaison officer, and Morgan Phillips was elected. Ronel Ramanna and Bradley Moyes stood unopposed for re-election as SKZN treasurer and chairman respectively.
The floor was then opened up for comments to attending members, all of whom were silent, a testimony to the thoroughness of the SKZN meetings. Thus the AGM was adjourned.
