Dog slashed with sharp object

People must be aware of this because thieves and people with bad intentions get rid of dogs in this manner.

EDITOR – Early this morning, my son heard our dog barking and suddenly the bark turned into a loud howl.

My son ran out to find our dog had been viciously slashed over the head with a sharp object. From the wound size, it might have been a panga.

My son has been complaining that post deliverers; people delivering adverts and beggars these days, almost always, bang with something on the gate, just to attract the dog to the gate to tease or hurt it.

People must be aware of this because thieves and people with bad intentions get rid of dogs in this manner, who protect their owners and their property.

Thereafter, it would be easy to do a full-blown break-in and do whatever else they want to do.

Thank you for the opportunity to write to you.
