Church thrift shop needs support

Money raised is used to feed the hungry.

THE community is urged to donate to and support the St Vincent De Paul Thrift Shop at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Toti.

“All items are sold at reasonable prices and money raised through the sale of items is used feed the hungry,” said committee member, Wendy Denyssen.

The shop is open to the public Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 11am. It is manned by Allison Shirley who will help shoppers find the perfect clothes or household items.

“Donations of clothes, bric-a-brac, books, crockery, anything people no longer have a use for, but in good condition will be appreciated.”

Goods can be dropped off or if unable to do so, call Ray Buckland on 074-603-3218.
