Thanks for saving the day

It is good to know that good, kind people still exist in this day and age.

EDITOR – A special word of thanks goes out to the man in a white Corsa bakkie with the Dreamc Cote logo, at Arbour Crossing.

He overheard me complaining about an inconsiderate driver who had allowed his car door to hit my car, leaving behind red paint at the Galleria on 13 June.

He offered to polish out the paint for me, and I told him not to worry as I would see to it when I got home. I went off and shopped and when I returned, he had left and along with him, the red paint on the side of my car was gone. It is good to know that good, kind people still exist in this day and age.

To the driver of the red Mercedes Benz with the personalised number plate, a note of apology would have been appreciated.
