School lights up for Hospice

The pupils will once again perform on stage, showing their singing and music talent.

UMKOMAAS Primary School once again hosts the ‘Carols by Candlelight’ and lighting the Tree of Light for Khanya Hospice.

This will be held on Monday evening, 7 December at 6pm at Umkomaas Primary School.

Entrance costs R10 for adults.

The pupils will once again perform on stage, showing their singing and music talent. After this, the Tree of Light will be lit and people can take a drive up to Hospice House in Winder Street to see the lights.

A globe can be purchased in memory of a loved one who died, a friend or a beloved pet. This annual event is also continuing daily at Scottburgh Mall where globes can be purchased and a message added to the tree. Hospice can be contacted on 039-973-1783 or hospice@scottnet.co.za
