[VIDEO] Passenger bus burns out on N2 at Illovo Beach
Billowing clouds of smoke and flames were seen leaping from the Singh’s Tours bus at about 7.20am.

A passenger bus has burnt out completely on the N2 at Illovo Beach this morning (Monday, 27 August).
Billowing clouds of smoke and flames were seen leaping from the Singh’s Tours bus at about 7.20am.
No-one was injured as the bus had no passengers at the time of the incident.
Singh’s Tours manager, David Naidoo told the Sun that the bus travelling southbound had a rear inner tyre blow-out and while the driver was trying to find a safe place to pull over to change the wheel, it caught alight. The driver managed to escape without injury but the bus could not be saved.
The burnt-out shell of the passenger bus is still at the N2 roadside, after traffic police and fire officials arrived to assist.
