A thief, who stole an aluminium ladder, managed to escape but the stolen item was recovered by the Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) on Sunday, 9 December.
CCPO supervisor, Michael Mkhize saw a man carrying an aluminium ladder near Galleria on the way towards KwaMakutha. When he stopped to check, the person dropped the ladder and ran away. The ladder has been handed over to Amanzimtoti SAPS.
