Doon Heights Primary honours learners

A special assembly was held for Grade 7 learners where subject awards and the dux of 2020 was announced.

Doon Heights Primary School held a mini prize giving, recently. The academic prize giving is the highlight of the school year.

“It is always accompanied by excitement and awe. This year, due to Covid-19, we were sadly unable to host this prestigious event,” said the school’s Liesl Kroucamp.

“We felt quite strongly that the learners who have succeeded in achieving such praise-worthy results, also deserved a mini Prize Giving. Teachers handed out the awards in class and photos were taken and posted on our Facebook page for parents to enjoy.”
