Simple recipe: Tried and tested two ingredients naan

Check out this simple and affordable recipe. Recipe makes eight medium size naans.  

Check out this tried and tested naan (flatbread) recipe. It only requires two ingredients and is a quick and easy solution to beat hunger. You will need:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sour milk

Add salt to taste. Combine ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer onto a lightly floured, flat surface and knead. Divide the dough into pieces and roll individually until flat. In a hot pan, cook until bubbles start to form. At this point, you can brush butter or oil on the naan if preferred. Repeat until naan is cooked through. Recipe makes eight medium size naans.
