Toti learner awarded for outstanding performance

Tristan Janse Van Rensburg was the top achiever at Amanzimtoti Primary School in 2021.

AMANZIMTOTI Primary School’s Tristan Janse Van Rensburg ended 2021 with a bang as he received six awards at its prize-giving ceremony.

ALSO READ: Fakazi learner graduates

The 13-year-old received trophies for Afrikaans, mathematics, Dux of the school, and for social sciences.

He also received certificates for his overall contribution in sport and for academic excellence.

Tristan is also a member of the Titans Swimming Club and participated in the South African Junior National Gala in Durban in April 2021, where he won four medals.

He is also a keen piano player and he said his favourite subject is mathematics.
