Deputy minister visits Umbumbulu
Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo was in the area to inspect health programmes.
DEPUTY Minister of Health and Amanzimtoti native, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo, visited two schools and a clinic in Umbumbulu on Monday, March 7, to inspect how health programmes in the area are progressing.

At Umbumbulu Clinic, he was shown a section called the Youth Zone Corner where the youth can receive health services without fear of being judged.
He then moved to Sibusisiwe Comprehensive School where he donated 5 000 masks and explained to learners how they can access youth-friendly services at clinics.
At Putellos Primary School, he inspected the damage done by burglars who recently broke into the school kitchen, stealing pots and food earmarked for the school’s nutrition programme.Dhlomo also encouraged learners and teachers from both schools to vaccinate against Covid-19.
